Infozoneasia Technology PLT Brand Name “INFOZONEASIA”, is incorporated in Malaysia (hereafter referred to as “INFOZONEASIA“, “we“, “us“, or “our“) provides an online platform through mobile apps and website that provide IT services such as but not limited to web design, setup of e-commerce system, web hosting and IT consultation services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service (“Terms“).

   1. INFOZONEASIA reserves the rights, at its sole discretion to accept or reject any order from you, even you have made the payment and the payment has successful received by us. In the event INFOZONEASIA rejected the order, a refund will be processed for you at the same amount received by us.
   2. INFOZONEASIA reserves the rights at its sole discretion or at the request of an authority or law enforcement, to suspend, terminate any website or web hosting that are against the Malaysia Law or is suspected to be fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive; is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive; promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any other person; or promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances;

INFOZONEASIA reserves the rights, at its sole discretion to include, make use, promote, advertise website, video, project including your logo and businesses where general public may identify you as our client, as part of our portfolio, to show to any person, at any time, whether online or offline.
   4. INFOZONEASIA may not be able to represent you to perform application with payment gateway or any other services that require your personal identity. You are responsible to apply the necessary services and provide INFOZONEASIA with the necessary information to assist you to complete the web design or web development work if such services is necessary or is required.
   5. In the event that you choose to have INFOZONEASIA to manage your website as in update of information or any other support services, additional charges will apply and to be agreed by both party on a case by case basis.
   6. In the event you have purchases the e-Commerce website that allows you to sell product or services online, you are required to provide necessary information about yourself as a verification and also understand that you are solely responsible for all matters and action pertaining to the domain name that you have chosen.
   7. For all new website development, e-commerce or video packages listed on our website, we only process reasonable amount of content and photo given by your that we deem as sufficient to showcase your overall company, business and services. Any additional photo or content that we deem as additional, we reserve the rights to apply additional charges at our discretion.
   8. INFOZONEASIA reserves the rights to make the final decision on the all type of project, design and overall development where Infozoneasia is involved.
   9. Any other services that we have agree to integrate within the services, you are responsible for the application, management and the renewal fees if applicable.
4. Content and Information
   1. You are responsible to provide us all necessary information for us to carry on our services and is not limited to photo, content, or video.
   2. You are to ensure that all information and content you provided is legal and does not infringe any intellectual property. We will use the photo, video, and content with understanding that you have all the necessary permission or is created by yourself, is legal and is allowed to be used on your website or any part of the services that you engage us.
   3. Pricing for domain and hosting for new purchases or renewal is subject to changes without further notice and that can only be confirmed when you contact us directly or we provide you a quotation to confirm the pricing. Such pricing may listed on our website and it is mainly for estimation only.
5. Pricing
   1. Price listed in the website is subject to changes at anytime without further notice.
   2. If you have made payment successfully, INFOZONEASIA will process accordingly.
   3. Pricing for domain and hosting for new purchases or renewal is subject to changes without further notice and that can only be confirmed when you contact us directly or we provide you a quotation to confirm the pricing. Such pricing may listed on our website and it is mainly for estimation only.
   4. You agree to make payment on renewal fees, balance of payment, service fees and charges apply to you and that failure to do so may result in termination of the services that automatically revoke your access, and all other access and visibility of your website.

7. Renewal of Services
   1. INFOZONEASIA will not auto renew our client’s domain or web hosting. It is the client (you) responsibility to keep track of the expiry and inform us for assistance of the renewal.
   2. In the event payment is not receive after expiry, it may causes the termination of website/domain/hosting server and other services immediately without prior notice.
   3. For all renewal, the client MUST inform INFOZONEASIA 4 weeks before the expiry date. INFOZONEASIA will make necessary effort to inform client through email regarding the renewal date of any services, but it is the client responsibility to ensure such services is renew.
   4. The prices may change from time to time and there is no guarantee that you will pay the same price every year.
   5. In the event the client failed to renew the services, all services will be removed and recovery will not be possible. This means all services including website will not be accessible by anyone.
8. Refund
   1. INFOZONEASIA will refund the amount paid in the event we are not able to fulfil the order or if cancellation is agreeable mutually.
   2. INFOZONEASIA reserves the rights, at its sole discretion not to process any refund upon the client request.
   3. In the event of a refund, it shall take at least 4 weeks to process and more time may require depending on the processing payment gateway, bank and other financial services that is involves.
9. Electronic Communication
   1. You agree that any communications, agreements, notices and/or any other documents (together “Communications”) relating to your INFOZONEASIA Account or your use of INFOZONEASIA’s services will be provided to you electronically by posting them on the INFOZONEASIA Site, emailing them to the email address you have provided to us, or through any other form of electronic communication. You consent to receiving all Communications electronically;.
